A revolutionary six-element-phased-array microphone with “follow-the-speaker” technology provides reliable speech recognition up to 12 feet away. A powerful 6-watt integrated speaker eliminates the need for external speakers and cables in noisy, outdoor environments. A direct sunlight readable 6.4” touch screen display allows for easy user input. The unit is encased in a magnesium alloy shell with dual hot-swappable batteries for extended use. The Lynx supports translation software from BBN, SRI and IBM.
