   The Secure Perseus Workstation computer system is a rugged lightweight portable workstation that provides the high performance Windows Operating System in a configuration optimized for  field service and flightline maintenance applications
The Secure Perseus Workstation is powered by an Ultra Low Voltage processor. The CPU runs at 1 GHz and supports up to 1GB of on board RAM, while operating at extremely low power.

   The Secure Perseus Workstation features a very fast video processor with up to 32 MB of video memory. A 6.4” diagonal LCD with integrated touch panel provides the primary system human interface. The transflective display is 640 x 480 pixels with up to 262K colors, is sunlight readable and dimmable to less than 1.5 cd/m² for night vision compatibility.

   The Secure Perseus Workstation is equipped with an internal hard disk drive with a capacity of up to 30GB, employing the latest inherently rugged and low power 1.8” drives. The Secure Perseus Workstation allows for an optional internal GPS.

   The Secure Perseus Workstation is provided with a Mil Circular I/O connector for input power, Ethernet connectivity, and VGA output. It is also equipped with two DB9 connectors for RS 422 and a USB port behind a sealed opening in the housing.

   The Secure Perseus Workstation can be provided with optional bumpers and adjustable carring strap typical for mobile applications, to prevent workstation damage.

   The Secure Perseus Workstation is constructed using a two-piece lightweight aluminum alloy chassis. The workstation is also designed to meet the environmental requirements necessary to operate reliably in severe tactical field applications.
